Megha R. Thakkar, Esq. is a Senior Associate of our firm and a member of the state bars of New Jersey and New York. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University. Ms. Thakkar received her Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law where she was a recipient of the St. Thomas More academic scholarship and named to the Dean's List. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Thakkar worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Andrea G. Carter, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division in Middlesex County. Professional Biography of New Jersey Attorney Kaitlin Kennedy, Esq., Associate

Kaitlin Kennedy joined the Law Offices of Edward R. Weinstein as an associate in 2011. Ms. Kennedy received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she participated in the International Human Rights Project at the Center for Social Justice during her second year. Ms. Kennedy was a recipient of the American Board of Trial Advocates Scholarship. Ms. Kennedy was also awarded the Chancellor academic scholarship. Ms. Kennedy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of New Jersey, where she was a member of the Lamda Pi Eta Honor Society as well as a member of Delta Zeta. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kennedy practiced both family and criminal law. Ms. Kennedy has successfully litigated multiple criminal and matrimonial trials. Angela F. Pastor is an associate of our firm. Mrs. Pastor received her Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2004 and her Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from Seton Hall University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Ms. Pastor is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
