Jessica N. Weinstein, Esq., is a member of the New Jersey Bar and has been admitted to the US District Court. She graduated Rutgers College with a B.A. and received her J.D. from Seton Hall Law School. She worked as a Law clerk to the Honorable Paul A. Kapalko, Presiding Judge of the Family Division in Monmouth County, NJ, and has been with our office since 1998. Mrs. Weinstein has been appointed to the Assignment Judge's Family Law Committee, as a Member on the Early Settlement Panel with the Superior Court of New Jersey. Mrs. Weinstein has been recognized in Time Magazine's 85th Annual Salute to Women in Leadership.
